Yes, you can mark exhibits as admitted and you can see immediately what is or isn’t okay to publish. You can even prevent something not admitted from being published.

There are two methods to add bates numbers to an existing database, using the Fill Bates Numbers dropdown option and importing bates numbers from a text file.

Document cleanup is for batch deskewing (nudging) and rotating document pages. It can be found on the right-click menu when selecting a document or group of documents.
Import, organize, and present documents in OnCue.
OnCue can create a text file of your exhibit list. You can include Documents, Audiovisuals and Transcripts, Admitted Exhibits or pick and choose. OnCue creates a simple tab-delimited text file that can be opened in any Excel or Word so you can edit or use as you need.

Importing Names into an existing database is a straightforward process.

Currently, OnCue has no way to permanently redact your underlying documents.
