Choose Your Displays

In OnCue, you can choose which monitor your Presentation shows up on. Just click on the displays, make sure they show purple and that is where the Presentation will go. You can even name them now but be careful, they cannot be reset only renamed.

You can customize your toolbars dictating the size of your icons and what types of tools are visible. This is done separately for the Viewer toolbar and the Presentation Toolbar. The two toolbars are not tied together and can be customized differently.

On-Air is OnCue's version of a mirror mode that will automatically update what's on the presentation screen with what you click on in the documents pane.

Displaying Multiple Pages (Split Screens)

OnCue has 2 panels in presentation mode. This means that 2 pages or an audiovisual and a page can be displayed in Presentation, either vertically (side by side) or horizontally (one on top of the other).

OnCue Hotkeys

OnCue offers a fully customizable set of hotkeys that can be modified from the Preferences window.  Simply double-click on the command you would like to change and assign it a new hotkey.  Under Options in the lower left corner, click 'Reset to Defaults' to reset all hotkeys to their default values.

Playback of Video and Audio Clips

Presenting your Audiovisuals is exactly like presenting documents except you cannot annotate your audiovisuals. This means, you can zoom but you cannot callout or draw on your video.

Once you have added and organized your materials in OnCue, you are ready to present.

Scrolling Text (Closed Captioning)
