Choose Your Displays
In OnCue, you can choose which monitor your Presentation shows up on. Just click on the displays, make sure they show purple and that is where the Presentation will go. You can even name them now but be careful, they cannot be reset only renamed.
Customize Your Toolbars - Viewer
You can customize your toolbars dictating the size of your icons and what types of tools are visible. This is done separately for the Viewer toolbar and the Presentation Toolbar. The two toolbars are not tied together and can be customized differently.
Customize your Toolbars – Presentation
The Viewer Pane and Presentation Mode of OnCue have independently controlled toolbars. Each can be customized as to which buttons are visible and how big they are.

We all know you can display synched deposition video. But what if you don’t have video but have designation lists or don’t want to show video. You can display the designations without using the PDF of the transcript. Easy.
Displaying Exhibits - Extended Desktop
You never want to show the behind the curtain when using OnCue, you only want to show the Presentation Screen. OnCue has a few ways you can do this.
Displaying Exhibits - On-Air
On-Air is OnCue's version of a mirror mode that will automatically update what's on the presentation screen with what you click on in the documents pane.
Displaying Multiple Pages (Split Screens)
OnCue has 2 panels in presentation mode. This means that 2 pages or an audiovisual and a page can be displayed in Presentation, either vertically (side by side) or horizontally (one on top of the other).
OnCue Hotkeys
OnCue offers a fully customizable set of hotkeys that can be modified from the Preferences window. Simply double-click on the command you would like to change and assign it a new hotkey. Under Options in the lower left corner, click 'Reset to Defaults' to reset all hotkeys to their default values.
OnCue Preferences - Presentation
To access Preferences, go to Edit > Preferences in the top left corner of the program. Each section below shows a series of screenshots of OnCue's Preferences for your reference.
Page Dragging Split Screen and Scrolling
OnCue can scroll through pages like Acrobat does using the scroll wheel on a mouse. Just hold down the CTRL and scroll.
Playback of Designation Lists
Presenting a designation list is the same as presenting any other media in OnCue.
Playback of Video and Audio Clips
Presenting your Audiovisuals is exactly like presenting documents except you cannot annotate your audiovisuals. This means, you can zoom but you cannot callout or draw on your video.
